Kitchen:

This is a modern fully fitted kitchen with a lot of cabinet storage, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine together with a breakfast bar.

Roof Terrace/Solarium:

A walled roof terrace area covers the whole of the 2nd floor, with sun lounges for sun bathing and a BBQ.  Facilities for clothes drying are provided.

Balcony:

There is a balcony outside the two bedrooms which has a canopy for shade from the sun if needed.

Garden:

There is a garden at the front for al fresco eating and sitting. Access to the lounge is via a French window.  The area is covered by a canopy for sun shade as required.
