Rental Notes: The villa will be prepared for you so you can just walk in and start your holiday immediately! A meet and greet service will be arranged so that someone is there to show you around the villa and explain how things work, as they live close by they are also at hand for any queries you may have during your stay, even with directions should you need to know where places are or need help with anything they are just a phone call away. A welcome pack is provided on arrival with those essential items needed after travelling. Changeover dates have some flexibility but we would ask that you keep to a Friday/Saturday booking dates. For any rental of a week that covers more than one rate, the higher rate will be applicable for the whole week. Extra cleaning can be arranged.
